The Men's Chakal Pant is The North Face's do-it-all resort ski and snowboard pant — lightly insulated for the in-between days when a full insulated bib is too much and an uninsulated shell is too little. It's built around a waterproof, breathable, seam-sealed DryVent™ 2L (two-layer) shell and PrimaLoft™ Black Insulation, whose synthetic fibers keep their warmth even when wet.
The on-mountain details are all here. The Chimney Venting™ system and inner-thigh vents shed heat when your output climbs, StretchVent™ gaiters with gripper elastic seal snow out over your boots, and reinforced kickpatches guard the boot-contact zones where standard ski pants wear through. Two covered secure-zip hand pockets plus two thigh pockets with exposed matte polyurethane (PU) zips keep gear organized and snow-free from first chair to last.
