The Men's Chakal Jacket is a do-it-all snowsports shell built for cold, stormy days — waterproof, breathable, and insulated, with the venting and storm details to keep you comfortable from the lift line to the last run.

The shell is seam-sealed, waterproof, breathable DryVent™ 2L with a non-PFC durable water-repellent (non-PFC DWR) finish, so wind and wet snow stay out. A helmet-compatible hood and snap-down powder skirt seal you in when the weather turns, while temperature-regulating underarm vents let you dump heat on the way up.

Warmth comes from Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation — an advanced dual-fiber construction with a high warmth-to-weight ratio that stays warm and packs down without adding bulk. The body and lining are made largely with recycled polyester.
