First time customer with Escape Outdoors and they are my new favorite shop. I ordered the jacket late on a Wednesday with the slim chance it would get to me Friday morning before I left to the mountains, and lo-and-behold the package showed up in perfect time right as we were loading our vehicles. The free 2-day shipping and fast order processing is not something you see in this shrinkflation economy.
As to the jacket, it’s perfect and worth more than its price point IMO. I’m 6’0, 175lbs and the Medium fits absolutely perfect. If you plant to wear a thick fleece layer underneath I recommend sizing up. The insulation is warm and generous, and the styling/cut is spot-on where it’s not too bulky nor too slim. It fits similar to Arc’teryx except maybe just a tad roomier. The sleeve openings are sown at an angle which is a nice detail. Overall very happy with the overall experience buying from EO and plan to be a long time customer.
