For the safety of our staff and community all returned packages will be held up to 5 days before being processed.  Please allow an additional 5 days of processing time for all refunds and exchanges while we try to help stop the spread of COVID-19.


You can return your item(s) within 45 days as long as it's still in "sellable condition." The item must be unworn (aside from trying it on of course), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to have the original manufacturer tags still attached. Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn, had the tags removed, and/or are damaged will not be accepted for return.

Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable. Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Route Package Protection Insurance is non-refundable once an order is shipped.

Customers can receive a return shipping label for $10.00 that will be ducted from return value. There is no return shipping charge for exchanges. Customers can opt out from our return shipping label, but are responsible for their own shipping expense.


To process a return CLICK HERE and enter your order number (7 digit) and shipping address ZIP Code. Then select the item you wish to return. We will deduct $10 from your refund to provide you with a USPS return shipping label for a return but there is no charge if you choose to exchange for a different item. Escape Outdoors is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipment.


If your are in the Pacific Northwest and do not want to ship your return, you may drop off your item at any of our locations for a refund (Store Finder). Please note that in most cases the store will not be able to process a refund or exchange for you at the time of your drop off. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed at our returns facility within one business day.


We do not guarantee that the product you want will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange request. To ensure that you get the new product faster and while it's still in stock, create a new order, or chat / call (1-877-977-2732) and we will help facilitate. Then, send the original product(s) back to us for a refund. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition. 

You can also send back the original product along with a request for a different product. Just leave a note with all the necessary information (item name, color, and size) in the package so we can get you what you actually need. We will process the exchange in 1-3 business days once we receive the original product and exchange request. If the item you are requesting as an exchange is no longer available, we will contact you immediately.
