Very Pleased
The sandals are great, but my main compliment is for the customer service. I ordered size 10's 1 week before going on vacation. After ordering I read reviews that I should have ordered a size up on this style. I emailed customer service who told me I needed to pick different colors in order to get the size 11. I emailed them back w my new choices...and within 4 days had received 2 pair of size 11's. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Escape Outdoors, and I will certainly be a life-long customer!
