This particular jacket is a bit smaller compared to other Arcteryx clothes. It’s best to try this on at the store before you purchase or go with one size bigger than your normal size.
the service is excellent
I purchased Arcteryx down jacket and it was supposed to be sent to me..after purchasing I received an email that the jacket was “oversold” and wouldn’t be available into January 17th. By Jan 23 or 24th I called and was told it would be shipped on Jan17th and since there was a holiday at that time , I should give it time. Upon calling back around 28th and was told it wouldn’t be shipped until at least Feb 5...I canceled purchase and asked for refund. Poor customer service since they had over 300 dollars of my money and never kept me informed. In the past I have purchased 2 Arcteryx rain jackets and an Arcteryx down as well as other jackets from your store. Will purchase directly from Arcteryx in the future. Poor customer service.
