I live in southeast Alaska where it rains a ton and I love this jacket. Keeps me dry and the hood is great with lots of adjustments for my small head and a nice brim to keep the rain away from my face. I especially like the inside pocket which was hard to find in a rain jacket and the pockets are placed perfectly. High enough to get into with a pack on. It not too high that it's uncomfortable to keep hands tucked into. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I search for a long time for the best jacket. It's a bit pricy but I use it everyday and it's perfect.
