Return Policy:  Returns made within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the invoice are eligible for a full refund.  Garments must be unworn with the original tags still attached.  If the tags are removed, items may not be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustment:
  A one time price adjustment may be given within 7 days of original purchase.  Please contact customer_service@escapeoutdoors.com with your original invoice number and the items you would like price adjusted.

Return Pocess:  We strive hard to make your online shopping experience enjoyable and worry free.  Our returns process is very simple.

1.  Please print out and complete our return request form here.
You will need Adobe Acrobat.  You can download it hereAcrobat Reader

2.  Ship the product back with the completed return form.  Please include the invoice number.  All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase/invoice.  Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made.  We highly recommend using UPS for shipping returns.  Please include insurance for the items and request a tracking number from the carrier to ensure proper handling and care.  Escape Outdoors is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3.  If you feel more comfortable having a return form and shipping label mailed to you, please contact customer_service@escapeoutdoors.com with your request.  The return shipping label will be prepaid with UPS.  We will charge your original credit card on file for the return shipping cost.  If you have any questions please contact customer_service@escapeoutdoors.com.
